Increases in CO2 - Causes Cooling

I was once a serious environmentalist and voluteered my time to file suits and argue in Federal court on behalf of clean water clean ocean groups.

I am completely serious... with this statement.
There is absolutely zero science showing man made co2 is warming the earth right now.

granted... co2 may warm the earth with the greenhouse effect...
but it also cools the earth by blocking the suns energy too.

1.
studies have shown as you add more co2 each additional bit is logarithmically less effective at warming however... it may make the earth increasing opaque to the warming.
see the NASA study I have cited here dozens of times showing co2 cools.

2. we are not even sure the earth is warming outside of natural variability. this is a big point. recent studies show it was warmer in the recent past.

3. recent studies have shown that the sun and the tides and currents are very important in driving temps.

4. (this was a repeat)

5. as can be seen by my charts just above CO@ matches up with and lags change in ocean temps.
therefore there is a very good chance co2 accumulation and dissipation responds to heating and cooling the way water vapor does. Warm air hold more.

6. if you study the charts I showed you above you would see that man made co2 does not track with the change in overall co2 accumulation each year.

So in short adding man made co2 may warm.. it may cool... it may do nothing in our current environment.

I am waiting for the science.
If you think you have some showing man made co2 causes warming... please produce it.

So what happens when you add man made co2 is the question.
The question I pose is not does co2 capture some radiation and then emit it out in all directions including the direction it came from...

I know it does... the NASA cooling experiment pretty much proved it.
See here... this chart shows CO2 cools... and I believe you could use this exact concept to surmise that CO2 warms when hit by similar energy coming up from the earth.

Mlynczak is the associate principal investigator for the SABER instrument onboard NASA’s TIMED satellite. SABER monitors infrared emissions from Earth’s upper atmosphere, in particular from carbon dioxide (CO2) and nitric oxide (NO), two substances that play a key role in the energy balance of air hundreds of km above our planet’s surface.

“Carbon dioxide and nitric oxide are natural thermostats,” explains James Russell of Hampton University, SABER’s principal investigator. “When the upper atmosphere (or ‘thermosphere’) heats up, these molecules try as hard as they can to shed that heat back into space.”

That’s what happened on March 8th when a coronal mass ejection (CME) propelled in our direction by an X5-class solar flare hit Earth’s magnetic field. (On the “Richter Scale of Solar Flares,” X-class flares are the most powerful kind.) Energetic particles rained down on the upper atmosphere, depositing their energy where they hit. The action produced spectacular auroras around the poles and significant1 upper atmospheric heating all around the globe.

“The thermosphere lit up like a Christmas tree,” says Russell. “It began to glow intensely at infrared wavelengths as the thermostat effect kicked in.”

For the three day period, March 8th through 10th, the thermosphere absorbed 26 billion kWh of energy. Infrared radiation from CO2 and NO, the two most efficient coolants in the thermosphere, re-radiated 95% of that total back into space.

A misinterpreted claim about a NASA press release, CO2, solar flares, and the thermosphere is making the rounds

But wait.... it is been cooling the planet for the past 17 plus years... hence the name change from "global warming" to "climate change" by the alarmists.

No it hasn't. The earth has not even slowed it's warming. How many times do I have to tell you idiots?
