One of them laid eggs underneath the bridge to the island green and the only way you can get to the island is by walking within a couple feet of this passive aggressive asshole goose.

I tried to box a goose once. She was defending her chicks and came up out of a pond, also at a golf course, doing that nasty, hissing thing. I stopped, and went into a boxing stance, and started to advance on her. She didn't back down, so... I had to step and slide back and high tail it on down the fairway. : )

Yeah, the death hiss, those things are fearless, i can sit there flailing around with my club in front of me, and you know goddamn well you would snap its neck in two if you connected, and they just keep advancing, and hissing, no fear whatsoever.

It makes you feel like a little girl while your armed with a golf club, flailing away, backing off to a twenty pound bird. There is no railings on the bridge to this island green i swear one of these days that bastard is going to force me to jump in.
