First try had a good start but good starts don't always finish that way and I was stopped for a 7 tick loss (short at 9537 out at 9544) and the second and final try at this level is short at 9548 with a stop at 9554. I'm looking for a 40 tick profit.

Another very promising start that meets with a bad end. Sometimes a breakout really is a breakout. Two tries for a combined loss of 13 ticks and commissions. I'll try your 6S again next week, Inky.

Notes:

Done with trading for today (been done since 9:35am CST)...THIS is where I get in trouble if I go for more...done for today, gotta protect my profits, even if a little over $100.00

*encouraged as did not just jump in many TF trades...trying to be more disciplined.

*good way to start April trading...already looking forward to Monday's trading...

honestly, I was actually thinking about selling right at the X mark on this chart...right when the fresh 5 minute bar opened but I heard ya'll yell NOOOOOOOOO!...thanks ET friends...you saved me serious $$$$ cash and another "I got hit heard by the SF today" post :D

I'm glad you heard us! You thought about selling it because you wanted to "get back" what you missed. I assure you that kind of chasing never ends well!
