just came off a sweet SF trade and right before lunch (couldn't wait) went short the TF and Pow!...reversed and got spanked big time...

so you cant look at charts on the weekend?
i dont have that data feed, as i only trade currencies-----
someone post a TF 5 min chart for incy, then incy can mark the chart
on what he did and then i can show incy what he did wrong

i never revenge trade---- that is an emotional factor that you will have to overcome

You're not using 3-10 tick stops, so stop lying to yourself. Your 2 tick wins are probably taking 20 ticks in heat. You simply cannot cut your winners off on the first few positive ticks, it's insanity. Swiss is 1-2 ticks market and you're covering at what amounts to the spread!
Trading one lots in fx is way beyond your comfort zone. You should be trading mini lots of 10,000 units to start. Watch how the majors trade and get your feet wet with 1-10k units.
