Can you show me a single video frame frozen that shows the victim with anything in his hand. Just looking for one frame. If you have all of this advanced equipment it should be easy enough to find just one frame showing the guy with an object in his hand.

That was what the head of patriot prayer said happened which I saw this morning after I came to my conclusion last night that the canister itself was shot.

You can't magically make visual information and you are in IT so you know this. It's not a spy movie where you just say "enhance" a few times.

Its acknowledged the guys had a bear spray and a BB gun (ill just check the video of his PP partner and verify).

The spray can seems to be on his right hip in the earlier footage. Do you agree with this?

I'm using a 720p source as the 1/16th speed video while 1080p appears to be resolution upscaled.

Victim is clear, you can see his black top, short pants and legs.

Suddenly he is obscured by something, there is a significant change in pixels. Had he simply turned around one would expect to still see the black & white of his shirt and white shorts/legs. This is how MPEG compression would display. I'm sure you know about it enough.

Obscuring gets worse and grows.

Canister explodes with white, what seems to be the shot blowing it up.

The start of the obscuring/sudden pixel change matches the time the hiss starts on the other video where the audio is clearer.

Now what do you make of that? you can see the same on your 1/16th.

Next on CSI don't really care, do you?* why would the center of the explosion be where it is?..

So in summary.... the victim was not spraying anyone with bear spray (despite assertions from the left). The smell of bear spray was from a bullet striking the bear spray can.
