It's time to call bullshiat on anyone who is claiming that the victim was spraying anyone with bear spray.

Here is the Portland shooting in slow motion. As you can see the victim is walking forward with his hands at his side up until the moment he was shot. If he was spraying anyone with bear spray then a least one hand would be up with a spray can pointing as he sprayed people - this did not happen.

I stated I would wait for proper video or the summary of the police investigation. The 1/16 slow motion video makes very clear the sequence of events and the fact that the shooter straight-up shot someone that was not threatening them in any manner.

Other videos clearly show the shooter and his companions shouting "we got some Trumpers here" directly before the shooting.

Speed adjustment can do some odd things. I do a lot of editing, I'll have a look in 20 minutes on my laptop.

If I am incorrect in my assessment in any way then please let me know.

If someone provides reasonable explanation that differs from my basic review of the slow motion 1/16 playback that the technology alters or fails to capture something then I am perfectly willing to change my perspective.

I reviewed the feedback and watched the videos again. It appears that your explanation of the shouts is correct and my assertion was incorrect.
