Understand, no leverage means also no stress (or far less) as you chase for the returns by not fearing the ultimate drawdown that can wipe you out. So you could sleep well all the time I guess ?.

I marketed my service as "LoRisk". There was one period... don't recall whether it was 3 years or 5 years... where my biggest drawdown was < 2%. Investors liked that of course. No such thing exists today where there also might be high gain potential.

Which time period you refer here ?

Back in the day when I ran my mutual fund timing service and was independently audited... I had 5 years without a losing quarter (mine was the only service in the equities space without a losing quarter).... and was also #1 in 5-year performance in the Steve Shellins', "Moni Research Newsletter". Audited results posted in Barrons and IBD.

FWIW...

(Still, some ETers question my posts like I'm full of shit... ) :)

I am not one of them :D I happen to know that YOU are the grey rider who would not make peace with the bluecoats. Ten Bears has given his Men strict instructions to leave you alone as you have the sign of the Commanche warrior on your Lodge. He said to me that YOU and only YOU of all the oldtimers at ET may go in Peace. We have no beef with you.:)

I dig the reference. I'm sure you realize... Ten Bears was actually a Comanche chief. :)
