In what report is the 10k for companies based in England?

Looking for 10-K for BBA aviation- They are based out of England so their reporting is a little different then the US. I'm researching for info that is not trading related. In the US the Annual Report and the 10k are separate.
I don't want all those glossy pics just the hard facts.
