ET has a lot of mentally disturbed individuals. One thing this country needs is more mental hospitals. We can send about 50% of ET posters there. But then we don't people to supply money in this zero sum game, and cops won't have people to arrest, courts will have to shut down, prisons will run out of inmates and have to be converted into motels.......
