In the old days this would have been resolved by pistols and 20 steps

Ignoring the fact that the 20 something year old that runs the PAC works on Cruz's campaign.
I can't find anything showing that Liz Mair is (or was) part of Cruz's campaign. Could you link me to an article? This is the closest thing I could find:

http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2016/03/23/cruz-condemns-trump-s-gutter-politics.html

"Yet Cruz also relented that the ad itself, made by the Liz Mair-led super PAC Make America Awesome, was uncalled for too.

“That ad was completely inappropriate and we had nothing to do with it,” Cruz told The Daily Beast. “It wasn’t our campaign. It wasn’t even a super PAC affiliated with us in anyway. It was a totally separate group. I don’t know the person who did it—we have no involvement with them whatsoever.”

Trump is the new third rail in American politics. Cross him and your career vanishes in a puff of smoke. Low Energy Jeb!, Little Marco, Carly(not that she had a career to begin with), now Lyin' Ted. There will be a lot of conservative media road kill as well. Megyn Kelly, Glenn Beck, Mark Levin, George Will, National Review, Weekly Standard ie William Kristol. He outed them all as sell out traitors.

This is the meme that was created by a member of the Cruz campaign that has Donald pissed. It is put directly out by the “America is Awesome” PAC which supports Cruz.

So this was supposed to hurt Trump?

i think levin is fine still (let me know if I am missing something... i don't follow him, but he always seems to get it correct when I do hear him or see him. In my mind a true conservative does not have to support trump... because trump is anti establishment... not really a conservative. I am starting to trust that levin is truly a freedom loving guy.

For instance, I lost interest in Hanity a few years ago, he seemed to have lurched to the establishment side for a while, but he slowly gaining back some conservative bona fides.

Rush is a great thinker, I don't even know if he is really conservative... nor do I care... his take on things is always worth considering even if I don't always agree.

Beck, seems like he needs meds right now. When his show was on Fox, he had some interesting insights... since then, who the heck knows what happened to him.

Drumpf's supporters, in the main, despite their volume and former numbers, are inevitably becoming a numerical minority. They can lament the past if that's really how they want to spend their time, but they should remember that how they treat minorities today is how they may be treated tomorrow.

Levin is not a sell out, but everyone is entitled to their opinion for their own reasons. I don't agree with everything Mark sais, but he knows the constitution better than most, and I enjoy listening to how he ties it to events of our time, or how it is ignored. His hatred of the establishment right is no secret to those who listen to him, as well. Your comment on Levin is pretty much spot on. Additionally, he's stated repeatedly that he will vote for Trump if he is the nominee even though he's endorsed Cruz.

I can't disagree with some of the other names AAA mentioned, though. I will keep those to myself for the time being.

I rarely listen to Levin but I did hear him the other week on an anti-Trump rant. Perhaps I was unfair to him.

Conservatives can back whomever they want, but I object to their habit of labeling anyone who doesn't support more and more foreign interventions as somehow not conservative. Likewise, I do not think support for free trade and trade treaties that erode our sovereignty is a conservative position.

The ivory tower conservatives I have most disdain for are the neo-cons like William Kristol who have got every major policy issue wrong, yet now want to run a third party candidate to block Trump and hence elect Clinton.

"After hearing of Donald Trump's victory in both Florida and Ohio, Megyn Kelly's resigning sends a shockwave across Fox News...

I don't watch FOX News so I had never heard of Megyn Kelly until the debates. I find it hard to believe this picture is of her en-vivo, and is probably her head on someone else's body photoshop'ed:

Levin has indicated that he would like to ask Trump how he would deal with the trade imbalances without imposing tariffs that would be like Smoot-Hawley, and the effects many believe it had during the Great Depression. I believe he is in agreement with Trump regarding immigration and the wall.

Trump had come on to the show early on, and the discussions were very amiable, and Levin indicated that he liked him a lot, but later when Trump started name calling his opponents, he stopped coming on the show, though still welcome. Levin has defended Trump from attacks against him that were unfair, and still does, though he is growing increasingly frustrated over the name calling, and most recently, Trump being unwilling to debate Cruz one on one.

Mark believes, and I agree with him on this, that if Trump alienates too many of the conservative bass, Hillary will win, will name 3 or 4 Supremes during her 4 or 8 years, and if she gets the house and senate as well, it will be the end of the country as we know it. I'd prefer to see Trump and Cruz join forces, if that is still possible.

If you listen to Levin, you'll find he rants a lot. My wife and I find it very entertaining because they are aimed at establishment members of both right and left equally. That said, I find Trump entertaining, too...he has really pulled back the curtain on the establishment right, and shown us how little our vote means to them after they've lied to us to get elected.

Levin has labeled a few of the conservatives that you listed as phony conservatives as well, along with many, many in the republican establishment. His radio show is free, and his archived shows are always available free at his web site...if your curious. Mark was chief of staff for Edward Meese in the Reagan admin, so has ample real life experience in the game, unlike other talk show hosts.
