You would be very surprised what New Yorkers are doing. Not the lame yuppies but real New Yorkers. Forget vegetable gardens, they got bee hives on roofs already.

hmm. I wouldn't be surprised if some countries would flip-flop on this list is these weren't "Completely ignored". lol
