This is quite different than saying "the chart is crap". That's just you trying to get out of it. Again.

And the chart was an example of how mask mandates put in place in a location (collier County Florida) didn't coincide with any decrease in cases - quite the opposite. That's what you were arguing. I then posted multiple examples where I used other data sources - including state government sources - for Utah, WV and Arizona. And you went silent on all of these and tried to focus on the twitter source you hate so much. Again, all sources were provided. You have no comment on any of these, right?

It is more likely the chart is correct, but something in the data source provided is missing because county level data isn't as easily obtainable as state level data.

I've given you independent sources from the other charts. You don't want to acknowledge them because they show exactly what I say they do. So instead, you're clinging to the county data being hard to get to and hoping this allows for you to make a stand. I didn't bother digging deeper, but I'll do so now on that to verify it now that you popped your head up for another slugging.

• This Twitterer pushes a lot of COVID misinformation and fabrications. Integrity of your sources matter.
• Tsing Tao makes all sorts of claim that the data is not in dispute and I just attack the source.
• I download the supposed source of the data. The data is found NOT to match the chart. This is very obvious.
• At the bottom of page 261 Tsing Tao finally admits the data on his chart is crap.

The above pattern is repeated over and over again for all of Tsing Tao's posts using charts from crap data sources --- such as bloggers and tweeters. He tries to misdirect and hide the source until it is hunted down. This is usually followed by an evaluation of the data showing the source is crap while he proclaims we only attack the author (who is always someone pushing complete misinformation regularly - remember integrity matters). At some point we should not have to step up over and over again to debunk this nonsense. Tsing Tao should clearly attribute his sources and use mainstream sources that have integrity.

Sweden appeared headed into a third wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Health Agency said, as it tightened crowd restrictions for shops amid a recent rise in new cases and a rapid spread of virus variants considered more infectious.

Sweden, which has shunned lockdowns throughout the pandemic, registered 11,804 new coronavirus cases since Friday, health agency statistics showed today, a increase on the 10,933 cases reported during the corresponding period last week.

"It certainly looks like we're heading into a third wave," Chief Epidemiologist Anders Tegnell told a news conference.

"It's starting to have an impact on intensive care. We don't see a dramatic increase but not the decrease we had for a time."

The Health Agency recommended that crowds at shops be limited to 500 people, adding to a string of new restrictions in recent week, such as limited opening hours for bars, cafes and restaurants and stricter rules for wearing face masks.

Dr Tegnell also said recent studies pointed to AstraZenenca Covid vaccine being effective for people over 65 and that Sweden was looking into changing its recommendation of not administering it to elderly.

"The AstraZeneca vaccine has gotten an undeserved bad reputation," he said.

While new cases have increased, the death toll is still lower than in previous months.

The country of 10 million inhabitants registered 56 new deaths, the lowest weekend figure since early November, taking the total to 12,882. The deaths registered have occurred over several days and sometimes weeks.

Sweden's death rate per capita is many times higher than that of its Nordic neighbours' but lower than in several European countries that opted for lockdowns.
