But... the during the first few days I said deaths were exploding I explained that I was comparing Canada now to Canada before their first lock down...
I commented that they were exploding past their old highs..
And now they are 3 to 4 times higher... so they are still exploding with Covid cases.

There's a conflict between different media sources about the number of deaths within Sweden for any particular day.
It's been that way since Day 1 of the Pandemic in which Sweden has acknowledged such in the past about the way they report their Covid-19 numbers.
Many different news media sources report the 96 new deaths number for Wednesday, November 18th and I give an example below on one involving Reuters because I'm not a subscriber to Bloomberg.

The country registered 4,007 new daily cases on Wednesday. The increase compared with a high of 5,990 cases recorded earlier this month.

In contrast to show another source via Worldmeters.info that reports only 11 new deaths for Sweden on Wednesday, November 18th.
Yet, something is mentally unstable about Jem to be calling people names, calling someone a liar, sometimes using profanity when you or anyone else report exactly what the media is writing.
If Jem has a problem with Reuters, Bloomberg or anyone that post numbers about Sweden that he doesn't agree...he should grow some balls and write / bitch to the authors / reporters of those articles considering they have their contact info in the articles.
I say strongly mentally unstable because Jem lives in California (somewhere near / in San Diego) and he does not live in Sweden and I once asked him what's his devotion to Sweden instead of to other countries that clearly are kicking Sweden's butt in their Covid-19 performance...countries that did not lockdown (e.g. South Korea).

My guess is because Sweden is the country that tried herd immunity in which Jem is one of the ET folks that supported such but Sweden health officials has publicly admitted it didn't achieve herd immunity...another way of saying it failed.
Therefore, what's fixation of the undying love for Sweden...a country he has no vested interest. In contrast, other herd immunity advocates here at ET have gone silent but maybe they (e.g. Buy1Sell2) are the ones that stated for fact that the United States had achieved herd immunity 1 - 2 months ago.
Now they say they for fact have individual immunity to Covid-19 as a way of saying they've given up on the fact that both Sweden and United States failed to achieve herd immunity without them having the balls to admit to such.
In contrast, I have a strong interest in countries like United States, Canada and France because I'm a citizen of these countries. I also have a strong interest in South Korea because I love the country, love their healthcare system and actually lived there for a few year after being stationed there in the military.
The good thing is that there's a reason why the new administration in the United States of Biden / Harris are now looking at simple science being used in South Korea instead of Biden / Harris looking at Sweden.
I have no sweat in Sweden...you will not find me obsessed with Sweden like some unstable mentally misfit still fixated on herd immunity. My point, people seem to be blinded by what's going on in their own back yard (the country they actually live in) and would rather spending calling people names about countries they have no sweat in the country.

The actual video of the event is below and I had to take a double look at it because the Brunett (0.16 - 0.26 secs of the video...again appearing often after 1.00min) with the black jacket / purple sweater / white & black shopping bag on left shoulder / gogo boots and then seen later in the video swinging her facemask above her head.
She has a very strong resemblance to my girlfriend that's an ICU nurse...causing me to look closely because I actually thought it was her.

I explained very clearly how Sweden reports. You can't even answer the question of what days of the week Sweden reports. Let me explain it to you again.
Sweden reports COVID data on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Data reported on Tuesday represents a compilation of a three day period (Sat - Mon). The data reported on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday represent 24 hour reporting periods.
This means the 96 deaths registered and reported on Wednesday, November 18, represents a one day reporting period. This is the information that Sweden reported to the press and shows up in their national health information release on reported deaths.
Sweden suffers from the same problem as Florida. The death information by date do not get allocated to charts for two weeks or longer after being reported. So the death data in recent days looks like it is declining even when it is rising due to the lag.
You deliberately confuse the reported death information with the lagging allocation by date to call everyone a liar and other names. The truth is you are deliberately being dense and not accepting reality because you don't want to let go of your "natural herd immunity" fantasies which Sweden represents.
Sadly the truth about Sweden is carried in the press every day -- rapidly rising cases, ICU struggles, and an increasing death toll while the second wave overtakes a country that is ill-prepared because their government led them down a "natural herd immunity" fantasy path... and now they are paying the price in both health and their economy for a second time.
Jem being a twisted up thing inside does not get nobody is wishing bad in Sweden to prove him wrong.
