2. Your definition of excess deaths is very wrong...
Excess death is not... as you say... "excess deaths is merely deaths above the average level plus the COVID deaths that are not accounted as being due to COVID"
The typical and real definition is typically defined as the difference between the observed numbers of deaths in specific time periods and expected numbers of deaths in the same time periods.
Covid deaths are separated out in any way as part of the calculation.

There are relatively so few Covid deaths going on Sweden right now... Sweden is currently experiencing its normal amount of of deaths. That is amazing and I would expect it to bump up at little in the future... but amazing none the less in context of all the doomer hate.
