The best comparison is the neighboring countries with similar cultures and population attributes.
Right, because the virus treats all Nords the same. But only all Nords.
What a laugh.

Similar cultures, similar densities, similar types of governments, similar climate & weather, similar economies.... yes comparing Sweden to its nearby neighbors that are very similar makes the most sense.
Just like no one knows how many people Sweden's failed policies will kill yet as it sinks it's entire economy.
because the world should shutdown for a virus with a .26 infection fatality rate in the US...
and you know its going to drop... because Covid already killed the most susceptible.
and... yes... those are the numbers from the CDC.
You do realize that the Infection Fatality Rate for the season flu is under 0.025%. This means that the Infection Fatality Rate for COVID is at least 12 times the seasonal flu -- considering that 0.3% is the low end of the range for COVID-19 infection fatality rate range of 0.3% to 0.8%.
The absurdity where you and others try to claim that COVID-19 is barely more deadly than the season flu by incorrectly comparing the Infection Fatality Rate of COVID-19 (0.3% to 0.8%) to the Case Fatality Rate of the seasonal flu which is 0.1% (in a bad flu season) --- is comparing apples and oranges. You need to compare the Infection Fatality Rate of COVID or the seasonal flu. Or compare the Case Fatality Rate of COVID-19 and the seasonal flu.
no asshole don't like about what I have been arguing. I have been arguing the low risk group should be out because there no science supporting keeping them locked down...
I argued for weeks know the data shows Covid is not that deadly for the low risk group. It is deadly for the old and some of the sick... particular with badly compromised immune systems.
so fuck you and your bullshit lies.
and that was the IFR on 4/29.... from the CDC.
That is not the low side of a range... that is the dead smack on the nuts number on 4/29 from the CDC. That is the data...
So you are arguing that we should be just like Brazil. Why don't you go to Brazil and see how your "low risk group should be out because there no science supporting keeping them locked down" theory is working out in reality.
this virus can wipe out people with compromised immune systems quickly.
latent TB was seen to be a huge issue in wuhan and italy.
I don't know anything about Brazil. I am not commenting on them
Nice illogical cheap shot.
