So let's provide the context... Two Muslim terrorists open fire with assault rifles and only manage to hit an unarmed security guard in the ankle as an event is letting out. A police officer opens fire (with a pistol apparently) and kills both of the terrorists.

First lesson for terrorists... You got to be out if your mind to be staging a terrorist attack inside Texas - a state where many people are armed and most police officers regularly practice shooting on a weekly basis.

Texas is not the Charlie Hebdo office. Texas is not a European city. Texas is not a large U.S. city with absurd gun control laws. In Texas several dozen decent citizens will open fire and finish off terrorists in seconds. There will be no trial.

Man I wish I could shoot a pistol like that. I mean, I'm a pretty good shot with my Model-41 but with anything more substantial I would be better served throwing the weapon at them. I'm a decorated expert marksman with a long rifle but it just doesn't translate to pistol proficiency. Maybe I need to attend a handgun course.

In Texas if the cops don't take care of business chances are some civilian will. Gotta love 'em.
