Ultimate wisdom is freely available to us all, we simply need to pay attention...therein lies the crux, paying attention.

Of course "paying attention" requires quieting the mind, giving no weight to passing thoughts, passing no judgement to thoughts...ie meditation..not easy but do it anyway.
