In search of an experienced TT-API programmer

Looking for an experienced programmer to help interface a C# algorithm to the TT-API, implementing modification request queues, synthetic order books and triggering, etc. Also looking for programmer to implement a few custom algorithms.

I've been trying got 2 years but ended up with spaghetti code so looking for it to me implemented (and tested) the right way.
