In Rand Paul's world, does a private doctor get to refuse treatment to a black man?

As to yourself, you find the personal and free choice to practice racism honorable, laudable and a worthy condition...

Quote from Index piker:

You can rail against personal freedom of choice all you want to, as for myself I laud it as an honorable and worthy condition.

Quote from OPTIONAL777:

You may believe that all you like...but it is illegal to discriminate on the basis of race in a public business...

Is it a surprise to see the defenders of racism come forth?

Nope...

You are only one who is racist here .
Clear case of thief calling "" catch the thief ! ""

Apparently, Ayn Rand Paul just wants to travel back in time to a period when discrimination was much more straightforward. Perhaps he misses the simplicity of it.

Quote from Dr. Zhivodka:

He was born Randal Howard Paul. He shortened it himself in the early 90's.
That may be. But how many people named Randal have shortened their name to Rand? And, quite coincidentally, judging by his politics, he seems to have been spawned by Ayn herself. What are the odds that his name shortening was just a happy coincidence?

He was born Aynson Randall...but had a sex change operation:

She's a man baby, a man...

Quote from OPTIONAL777:

If the tennis instructor has an open to the public business, and if he refuses to work with blacks because they are black, he will be sued and he will lose the lawsuit...

Ok Mr. internet western school professor

The court is in the instructors back yard and he has no employees ...

sued by whom -- sued for violation of what laws and explain how they apply- damages will be what?

Its easy to play internet attorney... its not so easy in the real world.

Of course it was for political expedience. No one would think otherwise.

Who gives a fuck. This is a man who puts his beliefs on his sleeve. Of course Obama would never do that, otherwise we'd all know him as Barak Marx Trotsky.
