Some Chiropractors are not that good at what they do. Sometimes they help greatly, sometimes they make things worse. Best thing you can do for your back is do 20 minutes of Yoga per day and buy a couple Lumbar back supports.

Get one for your car and one for your computer chair. They cost about 5 bucks each and are worth it. My back used to hurt like hell driving for 30 minutes in the car. Now it doesnt hurt anymore and I can drive all day.

But really, yoga will help alot especially if you do it in the morning and at night and yoga is alot cheaper than a chiropractor.
