You're mistaken IMO in thinking we bottom soon. 1 or even 2 more years of bear market is quite possible.

However, given Obama's oratorical ability, just like FDR he may be able to convince the public he is their saviour, even in the face of appalling economic mismanagement and blunders over a period of years.
