That’s what I thought Scat was talking about. Honestly I haven’t heard anything about it, only Puerto Rico and DC.

Puerto Rico should remain a commonwealth of the US and not a US state. They have shown thru their corrupt officials that they do not deserve to become a US state. All they would do is suck American tax dollars, waste it and add millions of extreme liberals to our voting rolls. That is why the Democrats want them. No thanks.

Yes. Dominican Republic, I think... which is why the "?" Was trying to recall from memory without looking up. If it's not DR, it's some other place down there.
