Immigration to Redistribute 26 Congressional Seats to Blue States for 2022 Election

The apportionment of House seats is determined by "# number of people" in a state, not number of citizens. (And is EXACTLY why states get to have only 2 senators... sort of in the same vein as the Electoral College... but this attempt at skewing the allocation of House seats can have a big affect on ultimately making the EC moot.)

This a MAJOR reason Dems want open borders, and likely the #1 reason.
