Thats just amazing. I can kind of see how they can get into that mess though because they dont speak english, and probably dont even have a high school education. But then again on the other hand, the numbers are the same in spanish as in english. If your paycheck says 3-0-0 per week a number like 4-8-0-0 per month should set off some alarm bells.
