Immigrants Aim To 'Close' US Cities on May 1st

Here's how it breaks down -

These illegals from Mexico are just very poor people from the bottom of their society. Their options are usually - pick thru garbage food, work as a slave for a rich Mexican or go to the USA. Not that I agree with them breaking the law.

The real problems are:

1) The corrupt Mexican government -infested with crooks and bribed with drug money from top to bottom.

2) Greedy corrupt employers in the US. The vaunted "small businesses" that are supposed to be the salvation of the American economy are the ones that employ the most illegals, not the major corps who have lawyers on staff. These "entrepreneurs" mostly hire the illegals and then contract them to some other company in a sort of brown slavery racquet.

3) The Catholic church - who tells the poor people in Mexico they will go to hell if they use contraception.

How to get out of the problem?

SHUT DOWN THE US EMPLOYERS!

Simple. If you clean up the sugar, the ants will leave on their own.

If we as Americans take a few steps towards a real solution (kicking out jews won't fix any problems, other than the rest of the free world nuking the shit out of us for turning into the new Third Reich. so shut the *F-Bomb* Up!) then illegal immigrants would either become legal migrant workers or would not be able to find work or government assistance, and would be forced to leave of their own accord.

But our government would first have to pass a lobbyist reform bill (in order to pass any other effective legislature), raise the minimum wage (to encourage American youth to work in labor intensive jobs), greatly stiffen penalties for being illegal (jail, seizure of all property, deportation, etc), take extreme measures to stiffen the penalties for companies hiring illegal workers (make them pay out the wazzou), and do away with any government assistance outside of emergency care (that's a human rights issue). The economy keeps on going, wages increase will help many Americans and legal migrant workers alike.

Anyone else want to post some realistic ideas of how this problem could be fixed? How about contributing something of quality to this thread? Very few are doing it.
 
But we didn't voluntarily leave our homeland to come to America. We didn't EVER demand that we be given the right to speak our native language and that the country become multi-lingual. Actually, the whole premise falls apart when you illegally come across the border. I do think that we need to stop saying "illegal immigrants." They are CRIMINALS!

No matter how nice the people may be. Immigration would go a long way by just attending one illegal rally on Monday for busts and deportation. It would show that the law IS to be obeyed. The premise that it's too expensive to enforce the laws is bogus! :)

one more thing -

most of the "illegals" in those marches have no idea what they are doing there. They are doing it because they are being manipulated by people with an agenda like the Workers Party (communistas senor), the Catholic church and various other fairly powerful players who are using these pawns for their own purposes.

If you want to hear something interesting listen into your local "alternative" radio. like Pacifica, on Monday and especially in the evening and you'll hear who is organizing it. They will definitely be speaking. Or if you speak Spanish the Spanish stations have a milder version, but the illegals are not organizing anything on their own.
 
They also have the option to FIX MEXICO! No matter how hard, they can and must do that if the plight is to ever become better and sustained. GO FIX MEXICO. :)

I hear this comparison over and over again, ancient Rome to modern America. Sadly, it seems that the U.S. is heading in that direction. Add, a self serving government that's power drunk and 100% unaccountable by the public. Laws not enforced. A currency once backed by gold deposits turned ponzi scheme. Just a matter of time before the house cards catches some wind.
 
There sure is a lot of sickening racism and elitist attitudes on this board, and some of you sound like nazis. There are criminal types of all races. I don't see any waves of crime being committed by illegal immigrants, at least not here on the east coast. Most of the South American immigrants that I see every day appear to be hard-working and doing a lot of low level but very necessary jobs that no white spoiled kid would do. If a newly minted immigrant was able to replace you at your job then your job was just one small notch above (or maybe below) couch-potato welfare recipient anyway.
The second and third generation of these immigrants for the most part appear to assimilate rather well. Do you think that the first generation Irish, Italians, Jews, etc. didn't maintain their strong ethnic pride for a while too?

Why is there so much hatred for a people that we share a land border with? If the same laws and hurdles in place today were in place and enforced 50-100 years ago most of you would either not be here or be descendants of illegal immigrants yourselves.

That's the point bud. It isn't 50 or 100 years ago. It is now, our country is getting over run by Mexicans more and more every year. They ain't coming in from Ellis Island, get it! This country is going broke and we need to buckle down and take of our own, that's it. There is no hand out to give, have you seen the deficit? Wake up!

If you have the notion that the deficit is due to Mexican immigration than you need to go study much more basic and elementary subjects and facts than what is being discussed on this thread, then come back at a later date, hopefully capable of making an informed statement.
 
You must be tired Hamlet so let me turn on the light for you.

Mexicans account for a fraction of whatever deficit spending we have. My point being when times get tough you have to cut back and that means free hand outs, like benefits for illegals. Can you deny that they suck social services from our tax dollars? Comprende amigo? Jeez I am going to sleep.
