IMAC plus 2 monitors

Does anyone have an imac setup or has knowledge on how to connect a 3rd monitor ? Currently I have 1 HP monitor connected to a mid 2010 imac thru mini display to dvi. But my computer only has 1 mini display port and no thunderbolt.

The easy answer is no, don't do it.

Mac's don't usually play nice with more than one screen size/resolution - if you already have two different screen sizes it's not going to like the third. It's possible but I'd recommend against it. Your best bet is to keep Steve Jobs smiling all day long and use Apple products only for multiple monitors - it's expensive but works amazing.

Use a usb adapter for the third monitor.
