Maybe short term it will rise, but with higher dollar & rates it seems unlikely to maintain it. Silver was up like 5% a few days ago but it was probably shorts covering. SLV & GLD already down 4% since Monday's high.

edit:

I think the time to buy GLD is after the Fed signals rate hiked are over.
