thanks for the analysis on the options. I also have been looking at DUG but the price action on DUG is confusing. I don't fully understand the pricing margin issues of the oil companies, which makes a trade on DUG trickier.

The oil price limits only apply for 5 minutes. Effectively there is no maximum move for the day.

If the info at the above thread is true, then I think it unlikely that the price of oil will crash until Congress decides to force the ICE to follow the same reporting requirements as the other US exhanges.
