Netflix is paying 1 mill per episode for Mad Men, although it is available in other networks:

I think I'm done with NFLX. Great company, but as you're saying, the higher it goes the more there are risks. Be careful though, plenty of people have lost their shirts shorting this one. If there's ever a big pullback I might buy back in, but that might just not happen.

Its difficult to call a top on this. The trend is going to be strong for a while.
