Let's not forget that not all algos were created equal. Just as their human counterparts, there are the smart bots and there are the dumbass bots. We all know that roughly over 90% of all traders are dumb money. So it's safe to assume that over 90% of the algos are nothing more than dumbass number crunchers.
On that note, why the hell do you give so much credence to the algos?
I don't think the losing 90% are programming algos, personally. If you can program an algo you can test it, and if you can test it you can see if it's worth releasing into the wild.
Isn't everything already priced in? Aren't they reflected on the charts? Sure, they've evolved and even morphed over the years but their modus operandi remains the same. So I ask you: Where the hell you been?
I wouldn't exactly call it impotence. I'm not relying on viagra just yet. I still find myself throwing lethal punches, just not as often. However, the day will come when I break the damn code of theirs. You just wait.
