Im seeing some crazy stuff today.

Its brainless bots blindly buying when dollar goes down, blindly selling when dollar goes up.
They got whipsawed today because the market didn't cooperate. Strong dollar, strong stock market. Who whould have thunk it?

Let's not forget that not all algos were created equal. Just as their human counterparts, there are the smart bots and there are the dumbass bots. We all know that roughly over 90% of all traders are dumb money. So it's safe to assume that over 90% of the algos are nothing more than dumbass number crunchers.

On that note, why the hell do you give so much credence to the algos?

Isn't everything already priced in? Aren't they reflected on the charts? "Algos" might be the latest buzzword, but we've had program trades for decades. Sure, they've evolved and even morphed over the years but their modus operandi remains the same. So I ask you: Where the hell you been?
