Yeah...! Babypips is also a great place to learn, they have quite nice chapter and detailed explanation about Forex Trading Market. Thus you could learn a lot from there too.
Yes so many trader suggested to learn from babypips if still newbie, there already available so many insight related forex business, and help much to learn before investing money on forex business that included as high risk high return business
Yeah...! It is a good place to get acquainted about Forex Trading, but for gaining real knowledge, you need to Practice Demo. Demo Trading is the best way to learn about each and every aspects of Forex Trading.
Yes in demo account we can trying many kinds system and method just to finding suitable system and strategy trading, good habit in demo account will useful later on real account

I'm glad that people are willing to become good traders and to make money. But you must be ready to spend much time before money will really come to your pocket.
1) Blogs, forums (not every forum, be careful of advertisement info there), communicating to expert traders.
2) I trade for already three years (even more) and only this year I have earned enough to be satisfied. I need to take care about my family and I'm very grateful that they supported me all the time if I met losses on Forex. They know that I can't trade will profit all the time. And I know it even better.
3) There are many opinions on how much time will you need to become a trader. If you do your best, probably, one year will be enough. Usually it takes several years to become an expert

I can prove it. I have a big family (my wife and three children), so I have to earn enough money to take care of everybody. They are my main motivation. And they always can help me with just a pair of nice words.
But I still don't think that it's the main point in trading. First you have to sure that it's the job of your life. And you'll have to learn and practice a lot.
Very good point, seems you already having good skill and also might long time experience, but might not all trader will same like you, still often I am hear some trader they often fail in trading because each trader also having different skill, or might they still don't learn from their experience
Knowledge and experience are the required skills to become successful and also patience is need to wait for the perfect opportunity, else you might lose a lot.
