ok, good luck! hopefully it will be you losing the money and not your "investor (s)".

I'm not planning on myself or my investors losing money!

My belief is that there is an abundance of quality traders who, if given the opportunity and solid training, would help make money for everybody involved.

FWIW and IMHO

Anyone interested – proceed with caution, (eyes wide open)

If he asks for money – DON’T WALK - RUN!!!!!!

Otherwise what have you got to lose but maybe a little time and effort

Just Food for Thought

eta - I've been screwed over as well in the past

I don't need any coaching. Just $10 mil to trade with with a split of profits.

9.6+ means I'm in the top 4% of vendors on the site, but I've not noticed much difference in reputability until below 9. 9's a pretty sweet spot.

Have you considered that traders are "underfunded" for only one reason?

Lack of skill is the reason. otherwise, one can easily earn a fortune starting with very little.

Hmmm... not very credible statements. I've created dozens of mechanical systems, and what's the catch? You already have to have a lot of money to make them worth your time.

I am wondering why you put a link to your results when you are down 20% since the middle of last year, which was a period during which good traders should of made a killing.

You also got completely flamed by one of your own subscribers. Is it too late for you to remove that link?

Additionally you claim to of not traded in October or December. If not, why not?

Quote from Doug Allen:

These are all great questions, and ones that I wasn't anticipating that I would need to address at this phase. I just posted here to see if there would be an interest.

From our perspective, liquidity is very important. That's why we're posting this on a trading forum. We want liquid investments held in accounts in our name.

And if there's anything to be learned from 2008, it's that traditional risk models mean nothing when you have 15 years of brokerage statements from a company that fabricated each and every statement and trade.

Then there's the transparency, or lack thereof, of traditional hedge funds. This is where most of our holdings have been invested, and no matter how much you apply risk models, they mean nothing if the managers are drifting from their trading style or are siphoning off money.

My goal here is to find undiscovered traders who would benefit from additional capital to trade, give them coaching, and let them trade accounts and see how they do.

Seriously, it's not all that complicated. :)

Doug
Doug, I am sorry, but I am out. All you have said above is waffle, yet again. And, honestly, how can you say something as silly as 'it's not all that complicated'. Of course it's extremely complicated and painful and challenging, 'cause otherwise every idiot would make money.

I wish you all the luck in whatever business endeavor you're pursuing here.

interesting.

What's the minimum you need to make one work, what's the edge?
