I'm looking after a reviewer for my trading system

Aq, What is it that prevents you from implementation of your baby?

You'd have to admit that for two salesmen of equal expertise, both promoting your system, the one with sufficient record of actual money in hand results produced solely by your system would be the horse that we would put our money on to bring home the contract.
May as well get that mofo in gear pulling down some fruits - - - or don't.

Hi, ET guy with 15,000+ post, welcome to my thread! :)

Nothing prevents me but I'd make 5% per year on my $100k if I were to be optimistic on my net worth and cash I can gather.

Instead think about telling The Pension Fund Of Canada they will get a +5% per year on average to what they make now, guaranteed, mathematically proven and worse. I won't detail worse here but it translates to "better".

I noticed in 2008 it dropped more than the market. Also when Trump closed the country (Covid), it dropped less than the market average. Did you perfect it (better code/program) from one to another?

If I recall, you have to reveal your code in order to sell it. And people can reengineer/reverse engineer to steal your code. No real solution.

If you could PARTNER with a small mutual fund it might be the best way. They have the connections, you have the program. Selling will not work. But, people gravitate to Morningstar rated funds...The more stars, the better chance of growth.

You will need a ton of money for a securities/software attorney (to protect your side).

But you have to find that mutual fund first...Hence the "Catch 22".

Cabin, you sound like the guy I might partner with.

Kudos on noticing the Catch 22. It's extremely hard to break out of a Catch 22:

1) A completely totalitarian system that exploits "the system" till everybody (read: everyone else) neighboring them have it. You know who I mean, Cuba of course.
2) A completely libertarian system that doesn't give a funk and just tells it to everybody (bit like me ;) ) relying on the unshaken imbecility of the masses on not being able to see the forest for the trees.

Which system do you vote for? :D:D:D

telling The Pension Fund
Keep us updated on how that works out for you, Aq.

I have created a trading system that beats the market (the index) systematically.

I want to sell the system, preferably to institutional investors but if that's a bridge too far then retail investors is just as good as long there's enough of them.

You can get a glimpse of how it works and how it fares in the attached PDF.

I also want to discuss my marketing strategy and the envisioned roadmap from nobody to perhaps reaching into the pockets of the deepest financial institutions. With fallback plan to advertise to a retail market of several millions.

Please write me in private if you're interested in becoming a founding partner.

What happened to your fake quant site? URL is on godaddy.

as you present it better than buy and hold so bravo that's your client pool - investors who would like to make more money and don't mind spending that extra earned cash on system vendors, commissions, broker fees and exchange fees on all the flip flop trading just so they can say they have a secret black box AI (insert current buzz word here) trading system.

what am i missing?
