Only problem I have with that place is the crime - one guy who lives there told me about a time he was at a restaurant, and the entire place got held up by guys with AK-47s...they emptied everyone's wallets, then said goodbye and left. No one hurt but that's a bit too "exciting" for me. But yeah, agree on the women and lifestyle in general. I almost bought a place there in 2003 after their financial crisis, kicking myself to this day.
