well, the city never really changes, you'll feel like you were here last week. you might even recognize the same guys on the beach selling matte.with the world cup 2014 and 2016 olympics, in addition to the booming economy.. it just feels like the bushes are trimmed around the edges.

Ive lived in San Diego Ft Lauderdale, NYC and visited cities in Europe. Brazilian girls are on another planet.. not only are they hot, but everything else about them makes them so much better than the average USA slut.
I live in Rio and along with all "cariocas"-people from Rio, we have no desire to live or visit the CITY of Sao Paulo but for sure could care even less about buenos aires.
In the STATE of Sao Paulo there is an area called "Angra dos Reis".. Its a weekend vacation spot for rich people.. imagine this.. there is a club that is on an island and the only way to get the club is by private boat/yatch.. the way it works is that some dude with a boat pulls up and brings 10 girls.. The pregame is that you start drinking on the boat and looking out into the bay you will see 50-100 "yachts" and the guy/ girl ratio is obviously insane. The club is just an after thought. Angra is a whole other thread but i dont think foreigners can visit Brazil and really see brazil. You have to live here.
