"I'm burrying my money in my back yard"

I'm about to get real stupid, but I'm curious of the thoughts regarding this just the same.

Does anyone feel this crisis is somewhat orchestrated to put a nail in the Bush coffin and cause so much pain that the masses wouldn't dare have 4 more yrs of Bush? It seems like a stretch due to the globalness of the situation, but shit like this doesn't "just" happen over such short time spans.

The way they did the 700bil bailout and the fear they tried to create just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The Gov is always so hush hush on issues and careful about playing down events, its really hard to buy.

Hey, nice plan! Just bury a tall stack of unbacked fiat notes!

That way, when the USD inevitably hyper-inflates faster than you can say "Weimar Republic", you've still got yourself a solid few hours worth of furnace fuel.

Gold, silver, guns, bullets, canned food, booze, and cigarettes.

Sounds like a hillbilly party minus the gold and silver. Maybe they get the last laugh after all.

Yeah the guy is on CNBC right now and he is flipping out yelling at his guests. "THE PROBLEM IS CONFIDENCE, AMERICANS DON'T HAVE CONFIDENCE IN BUSH, IN THE FED, IN NEITHER PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES, WHO THE HELL CAN ANYONE TRUST".

The guest said "Putin?"

:p

I'd vote for Putin.

They are built upon a RPK receiver, which is the Russian Counterpart to our SAW (Squad Automatic Weapon), at the Russian Vyatskie Polyany Machine Building Plant.

They are the HKs of AKs, I can testify - super accurate because of the RPK receiver, which dramatically reduces flex.

Robinson Arms used to import them for a SHORT time, so I was VERY LUCKY to get mine, because you can no longer get them in the U.S. from anyone.

Here's an older, seasoned firearms instructor demonstrating excellent technique with a VEPR.
