A dog will chew a bone until it is clean. But,he leaves just a little meaton it. He then buries it. Some time later he will go back and dig it up, after it has fermented and gained more flavor. Suddenly, the bone is like new!

the fear is everywhere. just a few months ago brazil(where I live) was said to be immune and ready to take over the world. just yesterday my father said that if this doesnt get better he is going to move the money out of his brazilian bank
 
Yeah the guy is on CNBC right now and he is flipping out yelling at his guests. "THE PROBLEM IS CONFIDENCE, AMERICANS DON'T HAVE CONFIDENCE IN BUSH, IN THE FED, IN NEITHER PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES, WHO THE HELL CAN ANYONE TRUST".

The guest said "Putin?"

Hey, nice plan! Just bury a tall stack of unbacked fiat notes!

That way, when the USD inevitably hyper-inflates faster than you can say "Weimar Republic", you've still got yourself a solid few hours worth of furnace fuel.

It feels very similar to the late 70's thru about 1981, here in the states. No confidence in the president, the markets, jobs,etc.
Not all gloom and doom,but not great either. Anyone else?
