I'm brand new to crypto. Tell me where to learn about it.

I have never bought or mined any cryptocurrency. I want to learn about in a thorough way, where should I go? I also would like to learn about the mining process. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Imho, YouTube is a great resource for learning about cryptos and mining

I would recommend the YouTube channel Coin Bureau for general crypto stuff

For mining, Voskcoin channel is pretty good, although there are many crypto mining videos on YouTube

Good luck and welcome!

YouTube did come to mind, but I was hoping to find something more organized. For instance - I follow a health guru on YouTube who puts out at least three short videos per day. It's great once you're up to speed but terrible if you're a beginner. There are thousands of videos to sift through. I need Larry Williams or Ken Roberts to create a course for me!

I think there's a few books on cryptocurrencies but I have not read them so cannot recommend

Coinbase has good tutorials

I think Binance also has some stuff for educational purposes

I would go to Youtube for some great videos. Also, many brokers offer educational material for free on their sites, always worth a look. In my opinion I think mining is very expensive to set up and run, think you are better off buy and holding or trading crypto instead.

you won't find a course that will help you make money. This market is evolving so quickly that it'll be outdated within three months. Twitter is the best place to stay informed, reddit and youtube to learn the basics

I guess my sentiment is in the opposite direction. I don't trust that crypto has any real value as it's not backed by a government body. So I'm leaning more to mining and hedging rather than speculating.

crypto has value because it is not backed by a government body. if you don't understand that, you should not be in crypto at all
