what constitutes Proper notification

if you have a correct answer to this question it will answer alot of questions
concerning losses.

this is not the !st case of purported online fraud.

the pt. for the rest of us is to learn what to do if a similar unfortunate situation arises.

we should all thank jck_2378 immensely for the wakeup call.

Ha! in the USA some insurance companies demand a POLICE REPORT to try and get out of it...

anything short of service to the registrered agent does not get their attention!

I can usually get a settlement out of them without court...play the game...
