Go to college, but don't chase women liek the rest of the 5,000 stupid college kids.
Workout daily,
Focus on business, Start businesses, Open and close them, Fail a bunch of them.
Workout/mma/boxing/whatever floats your boat daily, 6-7 days a week.
I never spent much time on women but many will offer themselves to you, I spent it all on myself, making money and fighting. I don't need to chase women when my body speaks for themselves. I don't need to supplicate to women (buy them anything, show wealth) because my car/home talks for itself.
don't be a complete nerd in college.
be a man on a mission who takes care of himself.

Or you can be a barebone kia trying to attract rides.
