Illinois Halts Payments to Dentists, Threatens to Stop All Health Insurance Payments

wow does that miss the point...

its that he not an establishment moron who listens to his handlers and and only utters non insulting pc lies.

trump had the brains to see that Bratt beat Cantor from out of nowhere with an anti illegal immigration campaign.

Its turns out that seems to be a litmus test.

Can the candidate say he is against illegal immigration?
Apparently he or she can't say they are against illegal immigration if he or she expects establishment money.

Its ironic... that the establishment's requirement is the the one thing that will prevent a candidates election.
I expect the establishment to let their team lie... any day now.
You will know... when Jeb comes out with a new plan and a bunch of liars fall in line.
Jem, do you think The Donald will become warmer and more fuzzy toward immigrants (read "Hispanic immigrants") once the nomination is signed, sealed and delivered. Can he afford to write off the Hispanic vote in the general election? Do you think that not listening to one's handlers, political incorrectness, "trust me, I know what's best for you", and "I'll make America Great Again", will be enough to propel him into the Big (White) House, or will he, to consolidate his minions during the general election, have to continue to promise to build a Wall and send all Mexicans packing, before he let's just the "nice ones" back in? As a major Northern California Lettuce Grower, I'm not enthused by the Donald. He's un-American! Doesn't he know America was built on Cheap Labor? That's what makes us GREAT! :D

And the results never give pause to the rabid leftists...In the case of Krugger (Ricter's idol), if it doesn't work, it's because it wasn't "big enough".

Yeah, kinda like the argument that communism didn't work because the wrong people were running things. LOL

Yes, we are supposed to be able to vote out bad leaders but they have set up bureaucracies that account to nobody and cannot be voted out. In California when Schwarzenegger tried to do welfare reform or citizenship checking the bureaucrats flat told him to forget it.

Exactly, half of these different agencies now have become so bloated they account to no one except to feed themselves, only the government could take something as easy to make money at as running a lottery and figure out a way to fuck it up so badly that they cant even afford to pay the winners at the end.

Yeah, very similar to that thingy that begins with a "p" and ends with an "i".

I think just about every non ag or non s&p 500 business owner, who pays taxes or has a job in this country is against illegal immigration and that includes includes mexican americans.

Donald and any other candidate will get more hispanic votes saying he will seal the borders, enforce the rule of law and lower taxes than he would if he pandered to the few voters who want unfettered illegal immigration.

As a major Northern California Lettuce Grower, you spoke with me about the issue, I would want to know how I could help you employ citizens first... and if there really is a shortage, we could speak of an agricultural guest worker program.

As I think about your situation... I gain even more respect for Dr. Carson.

By, the way Trump is not my first choice... but I am really happy he is doing well and will not be upset if he wins. The establishment has been so bad... Trump would have to better. Would Trump make a new Isis? Would Russia be flying planes at our coasts. Would he screw up the middle east and support the Muslim brotherhood. Would he give nukes to Iran and let them police themselves at their big factory? Would the Federal Reserve dilute the dollar as much under him? Would he raise taxes on working people?

What is so scary about Donald? Frankly the scare tactics don't work if you compare his risk to the last 2 presidents.

Thanks Jem. I was lying about being a major lettuce grower. It's a segment of agriculture that is going to seek accommodation re "temporary" workers. And since 40% of illegals are those who overstayed their visas we've got to assume that agriculture is a major driver of illegal immigration. It would be relatively easy to control this. The fact that we don't tells me that someone with money doesn't want to clamp down of people overstaying their visas. Putting two and two together, it must be that segment of agriculture that depends on low wage field hands. Your remarks re sealing the borders sound reasonable, but are they correct from the viewpoint of a political campaign tactician? I suppose the Gallup people will let us know in coming months.

Where we have the greatest disagreement is in regards to the deal with Iran, I consider it to be one of the greatest foreign policy achievements of any President in the Twenty-First Century. :D

I am serious when I say that I think eventually Kerry will be recognized as one of the Country's greatest Secretaries of State. And your comments re the dollar make me chuckle because some are saying its strength is a problem. The stronger dollar is already doing heavy lifting for the Fed and is an important factor in allowing them to postpone a hike in short term rates.

I posted a snip from a very recent Gallup poll that indicated immigration was "the most important issue facing America" to only 7% of the sampled. It ranked #3.

To quote Ronald Reagan: "Well there you go again",,, throwing a monkey wrench into our misinformed opinions by insisting on quoting facts.

The day that Ricter starts basing his opinions on "facts" is the day that he puts down the bottle and burns his Che Guevara t-shirt...IOW, never gonna happen.

if there were remotely true an in context... explain why Bratt by Cantor and Trump leads everyone including Hillary.

the reality is that is issue is entwined with jobs, the economy taxes, border security and security, healthcare... anchor babies and everything else...
you keep citing that fact - in a manner which is a logical fallicy... as if it means the issue is not of big importance to many people.

oh wait I have proof of your manifest bullshit...

the poll found the order is ...
economy, govt, race relations... then immigration.

its one one big massive issue... doh.

http://www.gallup.com/opinion/polling-matters/184262/american-public-opinion-immigration.aspx

  • Seven percent of Americans say immigration is the most important problem facing the country today. That may not seem like a high number, but at the moment there is no one dominant problem in the minds of American, and immigration actually comes in as the fourth-most-frequently mentioned problem, behind the economy, dissatisfaction with government and race relations. This month, immigration is mentioned as the top problem by one percentage point more Americans than is unemployment/jobs. Immigration flares up from time to time on this most important problem measure. Last July it was at 17% of all mentions, for example. Republicans are only slightly more likely than Democrats to mention immigration as the nation's top problem.
  • In March, we gave Americans a list of 15 problems and asked how much they personally worry about each. "Illegal immigration" was ninth on the list, with 39% saying they worried about it "a great deal." That contrasts with the top problems -- healthcare and the economy -- about which 54% and 53%, respectively, of the public said they worried about a great deal.
  • In January of each year, we ask Americans how satisfied they are with the state of the nation with regard to a list of different aspects of life in American today. The list this past January included 27 different aspects. Satisfaction with immigration was seventh from the bottom with only 33% saying they were satisfied. To put that in context, one of the highest levels of satisfaction was for the nation's military strength and preparedness at 69%, followed by satisfaction with opportunities to get ahead by working hard, at 60%, and then by satisfaction with the nation's security from terrorism, at 59%. Anchoring the bottom of the list was the nation's efforts to deal with poverty and homelessness, with 26% satisfied.
