Illinois cutting school down to 4 days?

Do kids today have much in the way of homework? When I was in school, seems like there was 2-3 hours of homework EVERY night.

So, 4 days in class, some extra homework to make up for the 5th day... wouldn't that work?

Of course they do, how do you think Obama was elected? 96% of black people voted for him. I'm going to go out on a limb and say they didn't even know what his political views were, or hell even cared for that manner. :eek: :eek:

Exactly...Which is why I can't stand the nonstop idiocy about "how can we cut spending on education?". Very few people notice how much "skimming off the top" occurs by the administrators milking that cow dry.
