Illegal busted for voter fraud

Otherwise, why go to the extreme effort to cheat?

Cheating is much easier than you might expect.
Step 1: Check obituaries for recently deceased.
Step 2: Check a phone book or online to find address of deceased.
Step 3: Use name & address online to find out if they're registered.
Step 4: Show up to their polling place to cast a vote in their name.

I could easily find this info in 5-10 minutes if I wanted to vote illegally. There are several million dead voters that are still on the voting rolls. We really have no idea how many people vote illegally, especially in states like California where things like this are encouraged.

What we really need is voter ID laws that require voter ID cards. Those cards could be easily deactivated whenever someone dies. That would greatly reduce cases of fraud, and it would also stop people from accidentally or intentionally voting more than once.

No criminal prosecution when she probably, committed voter fraud in a grand scale! In more than one county, the votes cast exceeded the number of registered voters. 10 Orgeon voters have pleaded guilty to voter fraud stemming from the 2016 election. All of their felony charges were reduced to violations, and none of their sentences involved jail time. Most paid a penalty and did community service.

If you live in a liberal state, you're likely to be protected if you're caught voting illegally.

Did you read the article the majority were people with medical conditions or elderly who are forgetful.

This is wrong. Intent matters in legal matters. The cases of people voting illegally are usually people doing so without an intent to break the law. It’s usually the wrong district or clerical mistakes.

Imposing “requirements” without a provable harm is not good law.

Nah, it's just partisan DA's trying to inflate the voter fraud numbers before dismissing/pleading out cases they know can't be won in a court room.

You’re not going to deter a 76 year old woman from forgetting she voted in Washington state. She’s 76!

It will deter her from voting twice if she scans her voter ID card and it comes up that she has already voted.
