True or not this type thing happens all the time. Once obsessed with money the object can become to amass as much as possible and spend as little as possible.
 
just this year there were millionaires getting food stamps because the laws were written poorly.

saves them i guess a couple hundo a month, maybe more

maybe they did this for a few years, or longer

and all legal

or people that get free food show up in a 50k car.

Treat him for a "gender operation" Yank his nuts off, tuck what is left into his thorax....and discharge him!!! When "he" now asks what the hell happened...the answer is simple...."Oh, you came in here, lied about your wealth...so we lied about your treatment!!!!! Now you are a female...with the same fu(king problem you had before...aka cancer, but now if you want treatment...we can do that...but it will cost you every Yuan you AND your son has for you to become a male again!!!!"

I just stay the hell away from tightwads. My dad bitched about having to feed us kids....

I've volunteered to do a household move for a guy that was needy only to find out he had a million.... and to boot, I moved his computers so he was missing a power cord and he called me several times trying to get me to replace it for him... he also was on the sex offender list. I was looking at the pictures one day and there he was...

Don't volunteer to help people in a rich country, if they need help it's because they are way more f'ked up than you realize...
 
unless they are a relatively close friend. Then you usually know their situation. Even still, same rules apply if you find out you're getting had :D
