Ignore list weekend update : NeoRio1

Good choice to put on the ignore list. To date, I don't have an ignore list, but one name that would definitely be on my list if I did finally decide to put one together is NeoRio. The most irritatiing characteristic is this man's propensity to jump in unprovoked with lengthy posts which usually don't amount to much.

I'd had always viewed this as a political disadvantage in a country that's only 13% black.
