Ignore list no longer ignores threads

The next migration won't be as bad because we aren't upgrading any of the underlying hardware, database software, OS, etc. like we had to do on the last one.

This is the feedback section. It's frequently used for folks expressing feedback or suggesting features. That's what I'm doing.

it doesn't show the latest results when you enter a poster's name in keywords .
one of the purposes of putting a name in keywords is to see responses to posts.
it worked fine before this update.
