iframe/Malware attacks ; Poisoned Google Searches

Hello,

When I do a search for my domain name on Google...the results include links to a lot of unknown dangerous sites but masked as actual links to my site.

i did some research on the web and apparently this is a result of a malware/iframe attack that leads to poisoned Google searches.

Any ideas on how I can resolve this problem?

I'm not an expert, but I'd go to another computer and google to find out what to do. Most likely you want a bootable program that will boot from CD and scan your PC (by booting from CD you don't worry that the program could get in memory and hide itself before the virus/malware scanner loads).

Another option I used was running msconfig.exe and going to the startup tab, which lists all programs that start automatically with windows. I found several that did not belong (they were calling rundll32.exe passing the name of dlls with names like "lsdjfhnas.dll"). I unchecked them and rebooted in safe mode then deleted the actual dlls being referenced (I did this because Norton and ESET NOD32 both did not find the malware).

Until you resolve it do not log into any secure sites or type any passwords. You might also disconnect that PC from the internet (unplug the cable) to prevent it from sending information to the author of the malware.
