That's the fun thing about opinions. : )

It is indeed. However, the Constitution would tell us we have too big a federal government. That pesky little document the country was founded on has an "opinion" that weighs a bit heavier than yours and mine.

It is indeed. However, the Constitution would tell us we have too big a federal government. That pesky little document the country was founded on has an "opinion" that weighs a bit heavier than yours and mine.
See, I don't believe the Constitiution speaks for itself, I think we read into it what we ultimately desire. It's always been interpreted, and always will be. We all want a rock to stand on, whether that document, or a scripture, or science, etc., but it always comes back to us. So what we have today is what people in power, whether by merit, wealth, inheritance, or accident, wanted us to have.

And during the coming election, people will get exactly what they ask for . . . ;)
