There are plenty of good resources here both in terms of information and people.

The value you get from these resources depends on YOU. How you approach the work (if you work at it at all) and how you approach people.

If there is any criticsm to level at ET members it relates to the lack of work ethic. There are about half a dozen workable systems posted here that work, but you have to take the time to learn how to operate them, and you have to be disciplined.

There are good people here, some who visited for a while and got run off by the hosers, some who used to post and now just lurk because of the blood suckers, and some who figure it is just not worth it to go through all the crap.

Right now if you wanted to, you could go to "Search", find a system that appealed to you and learn to use it. Might change your life for all you know. Right now there are folks on the site who could be great trading partners, but YOU have to decide how to approach them and you have to be a good trading partner yourself. There has to be some give and take, and you have to find people who you have some chemistry with.

Ultimately this world is what we make it.

Here let me help you....If you had a clue about what I am writing about, you would understand that the common sense style of the righteous poster has no place here...

I much prefer your "post-retirement" style....it makes for a great read...(that not caring and speaking your mind revealing the posers...flaunting that you are no longer on the take)

Sulong actually is part of the few that understand...

Most people are "on the take"..... (not you Steve, I am just trying to get a rise out of you...)

Screw the Fame and the Glory...(I got to get out of this demo trade, so I can make my first live trade in my newly funded Arb/scalping account...darn it, three monitors is not enough and I should not be arbing/scalping two accounts at the same anyways...screw this demo...I changed the password anyways and those so-called HF's and high net worth posers can't watch me anymore anyways..hehe they thought they could reverse engineer this system...too funny)

P.S. Wouldn't you know it.... my very last trade in the demo account has exceeded the longest trade duration ever in my system...of 85:31 hours...There is a time for trading and there is a time for waiting, I guess. I could just exit the trade and take the loss, but I know that the arb always comes in, so I won't. I guess this last trade extreme can be considered a final test of the system, which has not even reached half of its "use of cornering strength"...only at 16:1 leverage out of a possible 50:1 hedged leverage...
 
One thing about trading and doing your own thing...no one can hurt you!

I trade my own system and I depend on nobody....

I am building my FY account as we speak....
